High pressure persists to the east of England bringing a very warm southerly flow over all mountain areas. Away from western coastal hills, from the Lakes northwards that are likely to remain cloudy, hills are likely to be mainly clear, with any early clouds rising above summits. A low risk of a thundery shower on most hills.
