Our Bookings and Cancellations Policy
Please note that making a booking with us is deemed as acceptance of this policy and that a booking, whether made in writing, by phone, or by email, constitutes a legal contract between us.
At the time of booking we will take a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of your stay.
We will hold your credit or debit card details as a guarantee of payment of the outstanding balance of your stay.
You may cancel your booking at any time, but will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the day that you're due to arrive we will attempt to re-let your room. If we're successful you will forfeit your deposit but will not incur any other charges. If we're not successful we will charge your debit or credit card with the remaining balance of your booking.
If you do not show for your booking we will charge your debit or credit card with the remaining balance of your booking.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover you in the event of the need to cancel your booking.
